Photographer Vivian Hertz took over our Instagram last week with these amazing pictures:
Last week we hosted our first Instagram take over. Every day of the week Brussels photographer Vivian Hertz provided us with a great look into his picture archive.
We first got to know Vivian Hertz when he showed up at a Chase editorial meeting in Brussels. At these meetings we mostly welcome young starting writers, photographers and videomakers. It quickly became clear Vivian wasn’t like that.
This guy started taking pictures of his skateboarding friends in Brussels during the end of the 80’s and quickly found his way into the Brussels graffiti and hip hop scene. By now he’s working as freelance photographer but keeps on focussing on photographing street subcultures in Europe and the USA.
His picture archive includes historical pictures of legendary graffiti writers, an inside look into Miami gang culture, Brussels’ strip bars, athletes and much more. Recently he did shoots with Damso & Coely.
This week Daniil Lavrovski wil take over our account. Go have a look here.
But first an overview of Vivian's updates. Be sure to click through te pictures as these are albums.
